Shipping Policy

Shipping origin & delivery time
All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment partners overseas. Delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on your location and customs processing.

Delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us by email with your order/product ID and a photo showing the issue (if applicable). Our team will review each case.

Compensation for delays
If a delay is confirmed after review, we will provide compensation equal to 50% of the product price.
