Return window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return conditions
- Items may be returned even if used or opened.
- Food items are the exception: they may only be returned unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid return label
How to request a return
- Contact us by email with your order number.
- Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
