Return window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
• Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

• Pet food and pet care items that have been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping costs

• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, we cover the full cost of return shipping.
• For returns made for other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to request a return

1. Contact us by email with your order number.
2. Wait for confirmation from our team before shipping the item back.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
